I’m 53 which means that I have some car buying experience. So when I say this was the BEST car buying experience I’ve ever had, that has some serious weight to it. If you are looking for ‘high pressure” or “hidden fees”, then this isn’t the place for you. From sales to finance, each person we encountered was kind and straightforward, and they simply felt like a friend.

I worked with Mr. Nathan! He stayed late to accommodate my work schedule and was diligent about getting me information as I needed it. The selection of vehicles was impressive, Nathan provided excellent details about each of the vehicles I was looking at. This allowed me to make an informed decision. The trade in offer for my truck was extremely generous and competitive. The finance team was easy to work giving plus and minus of the options. At the end of the day I purchased an amazing vehicle that will keep me safe up and down the highway! I also chose the Van Griffith 5 year service package and warranty on my vehicle for about 2 trips to Starbucks a month. The team here is AMAZING! I went to just check out the vehicles that I was pre-approved for through my financing provider. Was met in the parking lot by Jansen. He was very Informative, friendly, and NOT your typical overbearing salesman. The sales manager Dawn was outstanding as well. I ended up looking at one of the trucks. While I was there, someone else came in to look at the same truck. They made sure that I had first option since I was the first one there. Thanks to Brad, the finance manager I ended up driving the truck off the lot! Great deal made and I was only there about 2 hours TOTAL! Fast, friendly, and efficient!
